This month our circle will be held on International Women’s Day and we will celebrate one of the most renowned and influential voices of our time, Maya Angelou. The celebrated Poet, Actress, Historian, Film-maker and Civil-Rights Activist will inspire us to speak our truth and teach our daughters that they can come to us and tell the truth no matter what.

We will explore how we can guide our daughters to express their values, beliefs, needs and desires with courage and compassion and how to say ‘no’ when they mean ‘no’. Join us in circle for meditation, thought provoking discussion and engaging activities inspired by Maya Angelou.
