What to expect:

This is the first in the series of our pre-teen and teen camps.

We realised that once children begin secondary school, or reach the top of primary school, there is little in the way of nature based camps where children can be in a beautiful green setting, relax from academic pressure, have screen-free time with other children and get to do fun activities.

Camp participants will be cooking up some savoury and sweet treats on our outdoor fire, that we will all enjoy feasting on. We also offer a choice of jewellery making with semi-precious beads or carving and whittling their own butter knife from freshly coppiced hazel or willow.

More crafts will be added to our programme as we find out the preferences and interests of the folk booking on. So please do let us know what your child enjoys. We want everyone to fully participate so we ask that there are no phones to be used at our camp, but they can bring them to put in their rucksack to use on the way home if needed.
