Price: £80 (5 week term) - 1 session is in credit as we had to cancel 15/12/22.

£25 per session for drop ins and tasters

What to expect:

During our sessions we respond to the seasons and the weather and we plan sessions to compliment what nature has to offer us. In Winter, we study the biological process of animals and insects in hibernation, we read stories and read science books to understand this process.

Some weeks, we go on a little walk around the allotments to witness the ice, frost, snow and to see the winter veg and hazel catkins. We make sure to have a campfire on our coldest mornings where we cook up a feast of pancakes.

Every session is slightly different, but we always start with a good morning circle when children can practice their speaking and listening skills as the children are invited to tell their news of the week.

We are forest school leaders but we also work with a Montessori approach, incorporating Practical Life, Language, Sensorial work, Grace and Courtesy and much more.
